RNIB incorporating the Blind Centre for Northern Ireland - From Soundings Magazine, Roland Myers talks to Deane Houston about the changes taking place from 2nd April this year. The Centre has been organising the services for the blind for the past 28 years and Deane has been involved all of that time.
